Струйное течение и шум открытого механического двустворчатого сердечного клапана

АННОТАЦИЯ

Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований гидродинамического шума, генерируемого струйным течением через механический двустворчатый протез митрального клапана итальянской компании Sorin Group. Физическое моделирование проведено в лабораторных условиях на модели камеры левого предсердия и камеры левого желудочка сердца. Обнаружено, что наибольшая интенсивность гидродинамического шума и его спектральных составляющих наблюдается вблизи центральной струи двустворчатого митрального клапана. Установлено, что мелкомасштабные вихревые структуры, которые отрываются от его лепестков и генерируют пульсации давления в диапазоне частот (20...70) Гц, вырождаются, начиная с расстояния 2.5d вниз по течению. При увеличении расхода воды в ближнем следе митрального клапана наблюдается повышение спектральных уровней пульсаций давления в диапазоне частот (60...80) Гц.
