A self-similar solution has been obtained suitable for description of a
finite kinetic energy vorticity field diffusion at presence of the sink or
source flow. Its specifics is that, at presence of sink or source flow, the
solution is never completely compensated. A compensation function in the
form of vorticity integral with a variable upper limit has been
introduced. When the absolute value of the function decreases, the kinetic
energy of the flow has a finite value, because the azimuthal velocity is
declined faster than in the potential flow (point vortex). For the same
absolute values, the the sink vortex flow is stronger than vortex flow
against the source background.
