Evolutionary features of rip currents with turbulent viscosity

A new class of two-dimensional non-stationary flows is build for a viscous fluid with strong ruptures. Approximate Bubnov-Galerkin method reduces the problem to the analysis of evolutional properties of a nonlinear dynamic system with two essential degrees of freedom. A qualitative research is performed for viscous newtonian fluid and both for positive and for alternating turbulent viscosities.
