| The paper deals with developing of a mathematical model of asymmetric bimorph piezoelectric accelerometer. An improved expression for axial position of a neutral sensor surface is obtained. The explicit formulas for its physical and mechanical characteristics are deduced. The frequency response of transducer is calculated with subsequent analysis of its dependence from various parameters of the accelerometer. |
