New results of experimental researches of a flow of hemispherical and oval segment deepening's of identical depth and relatives on the size of the longitudinal diameter having the rounded off edges are presented. Experiments are lead in the closed hydrodynamic tunnel by means of special adaptations. Profiles longitudinal time-averaged and pulsating speeds are measured by means of laser anemometer on various distances in vicinity and above cavities. New physical features of vortical structures in oval cavity in comparison with round cavity are found out. Characteristic flow regime of vortical structures in oval cavity depending on Reynolds numbers is classified. Averaged profiles of speed are constructed in three kinds of coordinates. Three characteristic attributes of the form of speed profiles are allocated at a flow oval cavity. |
