| 3-dimensional system of models for shallow waters that includes thermohydrodynamical model THREETOX, model of sediments transport and model of ecodynamics was built. Model of ecodynamics describes transport and reactions of transformation main organic and inorganic matter including evolution of submerged macrophytes. Interactions between these models such as influence of submerged microphytes on hydrodynamics and transport of sediments and nutrients as well as affect of concentration of sediments and nutrients on evolution of submerged macrophytes were investigated. Calculation of characteristics of shallow water body using described system of models was realized. |
