On thermoconductivity of two-phase medium

Applied hydromechanics, Vol. 9 (81) ¹ 2-3, (2007) p.86-92
The problems of construction of the average differential equation for the heat transport, and a derivation of the effective heat conduction coefficient for a two-phase medium are discussed. The Generalized-Function theory and the probabilistic method of averaging of the thermodynamic fields are used for rigorous derivation of average equation for the heat conduction. In particular, it is demonstrated that the average equation for the heat conduction for each separate phase includes the same vector of averaged flow as the vector of averaged flow corresponding to the two-phase medium. A novel method for calculation of the effective heat conduction coefficient for the stationary macrotransfer of heat is developed. A reliability of the proposed method is demonstrated in terms of an elementary heat conduction of the two-phase medium with a regular structure.
