| Influence natural or artificial heterogeneity of a relief of a bottom on conditions of distribution of wind waves, their focusing, defocusing and changes of a direction is considered. By analogy to optical elements they are named by sea prisms and lenses. Practical value of an opportunity of management is shown by wave streams. Recommendations for increase of stability of sea platforms by storm are given. |
