| The approach to modelling of fluid flow and heat transfer is developed on the basis of discrete symmetries (discrete transformation groups) of Navier-Stokes and Fourier - Kirchhoff differential equations. It was exhibited as the discrete symmetries can formally be featured with the help of infinitesimal technique. The method of a determination of new solutions of Navier-Stokes and Fourier - Kirchhoff equations on the basic of known solutions is shown using the infinitesimal approach. The procedure of definition of the self-similar forms of the differential equations with the help of the infinitesimal generator is offered. The examples of application of discrete symmetries to particular thermophysics problems are demonstrated. |
