Hydrodynamical solutions of filtration problems for imperfect wells

Applied hydromechanics, Vol. 3 (75) ¹ 3, (2001) p.72-82
An exact hydrodynamical solution to the problem dealing with underground water inflow to an imperfect well in homogeneous confined aquifer was obtained under constant head hñ=const at the filter. A similar problem was also solved for an imperfect well in free aquifer using a kinematic condition linearized on the water table in two-special cases: the filter is flooded or not. The above solutions were found by numarical and analitical methods. A number of expressions were deduced for main filtration characteristics including hydraulic hydraulic resistances when an incomplete opening of aquifers occured.
