The acoustic spectroscopy of the PVC-based composition materials in audio frequency range

Acoustic bulletin, Vol. 16 ¹ 2, (2013-2014) p.3-7
The paper deals with investigation of the polymer systems obtained from a PVC filled with nanodispersed metal particles produced by the electric conductor explosion method and plasticized with a dibutylphthalate. The acoustic and viscoelastic properties of such composites in wide ranges of temperature and proportion of ingredients are studied by a forced resonance oscillation method. Prospects of their use as the vibration and acoustic insulators are outlined.
