Resonant vibration and vibrational heating of circular flexible plates with piezoactuators at hinged and rigid fixing

The paper deals with considering of a coupled problem on forced resonant axisymmetric vibrations and dissipative heating of circular flexiblå viscoelastic plates with piezoactive actuators. Different aspects of mechanical and electrical excitation of vibrations are considered, along with the possibility of damping of mechnical vibrations by means of voltage application to electrodes of the actuators. The effect of mechanical and thermal boundary conditions, geometric nonlinearity and temperature of the dissipative heating on the active damping of circular flexible plates is investigated.
