Energy characteristics of a submerged ring jet-plate at presence of developed cavitation

The features of acoustic wave generation by a hydrodynamic radiator with the step obstacle and circular gap nozzle as disks are considered. A physical model based on self-oscillations of the flooded circular stream plate in presence of developed cavitation is offered for such device. The paper presents the results of experimental studying of energy characteristics of the radiator depending on geometrical and hydrodynamic parameters of the flooded plane axisymmetric liquid jet.
