The interferences of sensors-vibroaccelerometers used for auscultation of respiratory noises

Acoustic bulletin, Vol. 9 ¹ 1, (2006) p.45-54
In recent years, an electronic auscultation (hearing) of human life sounds is successfully used in practical medicine, that increases sufficiently the diagnostic efficiency and widens its application field. In this paper the sources of interferences are considered, that are typical of the sensors used for recording the respiratory sounds in the computer audiovideodiagnostic complexes. The interferecnces are classified, depending on the processes generating them and character of interaction with a useful signal. The methods for increasing the signal-to-noise ratio, when recording the respiratory sounds by piezoceramic sensors-vibroaccelerometers, are proposed.
