| A mathematical apparatus is developed for describing the hyper-random values and functions that are non-determined phenomena for which the probability measure is not determined. To describe them the corresponding moment boundaries are proposed. Properties of these characteristics are studied and a possibility of their use in the acoustical problems is considered. |
