A model of direct-flow hydrodynamic projector with a ring nozzle and stepwise obstruction

A model of direct-flow hydrodynamic projector formed by elastic flooded jet membrane is considered. A basic frequency of the acoustic signal is calculated as a function of geometrical and hydrodynamic parameters of the jet. Theoretical results are compared with the experimental ones. A criterion for the resulted model conformity to practical projectors of a given type is proposed.
