Generalized potentials in the Navier-Stokes viscous elastic medium theory

Presentations of general solutions of the Lame equations for elastic medium supplemented with the Navier-Stokes viscous forces are developed using the generalized potentials. The equations for generalized potentials and the expressions for displacements are obtained. The analog of the Debay-Morse-Feshbach presentation, transferring into classical Debay-Morse-Feshbach presentation, is written. The expressions for decrements of attenuation of elastic oscillations are obtained for an infinite cylinder and a spherical solid.
