Determination of the noise-radiation level for an acoustic source in the water layer

The "fine" structure of the noise-radiating acoustic sources in water medium is investigated. Using the methods of mathematical analysis and mathematical statistics the analytical dependencies for studying the acoustic field structure of the source across the layer's height are found. The ways for decreasing the influence of the acoustic waves interfercence on the results of measurements of the source noise-radiation levels in water are shown. The developed recommendations allow to increase the measurement presicion for 7-10 dB.
